just wondering if any of you are from there. making the move probably next summertime and i am looking for as much info as i can. like nice area to live work and play. of course need a great gym. some input would be great and greatly appreciated.... thanks

you will definately not regret moving there...i was born and raised in colorado springs. there are tons of awesome things to do and see...water parks, amusement parks, hiking, fishing, hunting, camping, snow sports, its all very close (at least to colorado springs). the people enjoy the outdoors very much (not in a hippie way)...one thing i really liked was the weather...in colorado you have 4 definate seasons. what i mean is, it's hot during the summer (with crazy flash downpours for like 5 min. then its over), cold in the winter, and fall and spring are very routine. not like here in the northwest where it's rain, rain, rain. speaking of rain, another cool thing about colorado was the thunder and lightning storms...they are beautiful.

I live out here as well very nice place to live but i would move somewhere close to the mountains and denver. the gym's out here are slim as most are 24hr and bally. chose your city by job ops. I live in golden/lakewood and drive to dtc every day. (sucks). i will never move from colorado. mountains are beautifull out here.

Great state, grew up there but will never move back(hate snow and cold) Love the mountains and the desert the state is great for stuff to do. I grew up in Denver and would not move there just like I wouldn't move to L.A. or Miami cuz before long English won't be spoken there. I don't know what kinda work you do but if you can I'd live in a smaller city like steamboat springs or Fort Collins and SW colorado is great also. J.R.

I do alot of work in Denver / Springs. I like Flex in the Springs and Better Bodies in Denver.

thanks for the input guys. coming there in december after the nats to find a location to live. there seem to be plenty of opportunities for dentists so i guess i just have to find a place that has somewhat of a decent gym. you guys mentioned world's how is that
