Ok everyone,
I worked up the courage to post something. i am coming back form a 2.5 year lay-off. I ripped my right pec and got involved with some other things that just took up too much time in my life. So i am not gonna post any more pics yet but this is me at 230 5'8". I started at 198 and really really fat 4 weeks ago. So i know its not impressive but i posted something.
