Competing in the IFBB Amateur World Champonships

I just recently competed in the Team Universe one week ago. Where I won the Light Heavy Division and battled it out for the overall. with a little more than 3 months left before the world championships in korea. I need to make some improvements. Based on what you see what can I improve upon. I am 2nd from the right

Based on what you see what can I improve upon.

At your height, you would need to be up one class. Obviously you cannot do this for Korea, so concentrate on thickness/density and detail so you create the illusion of greater size.
And you have time to get the gyno fixed. They won't like that at the World's due to the drug tests.
