Which side had the pec/bicep injury? Left perhaps? It wasn't highly obvious to me from the photos.

yes it´s the left pec and left biceps that I injured.
Done a small surgury on it.
Nothing big and does not show to much when Iám posing if it would shown
to much I would stop competing...

Back pics, well have some.

I had problems to work my back, tho to the injury, so y priorety is now, back and arms for this year to build my back and arms up.

Legs I´ve only worked out 3 times last diet so 3 leg workout in like 5 month.
Calfs I always workout atleast 2-4 times per week.
same with abs, but only 3-5 set per time.

Hi well my iguana died last year age 13 .
But he weight like 19-20 lbs
He was big =)

Well I have not yet diseded wish will be my next competion this year.

I see that you use a lot of proteinpowders, is this not bad if you compare to chicken and meat?

Hi well bad I would´t say.
But I have some problems to digest to much meat.
So powders is my way to fill up my protein need.

But sometimes I only eat protein from red meat, chicken tuna, fish etc.

It differ alot.

At the moment I eat 4 cooked meals a day.
