Confused need a peptide pro or a chemist????

I can order some pgf2a dinoprost from a chemical manufacturer for "research" purposes my only question is I'm not sure how it compares to say a 30ml jug up lutalyse. The pgf2a (powder) is way more expensive for 10mg compared to say a 30ml jug of lutalyse only problem is you need a vet script for lutalyse but not for the pure salt???? I'm freakin confused???
