confused on which peps to use

just started igf-lr3 along with some ghrp-6 and cjc No Dac (hope I got all those correct). The more I read and study the more complicated it all seems. Any thoughts on which is the single most effective pep if I were to choose only 1...maybe two out of all the possible peps? I prefer to do sub Q vs intra mus. And once per day or twice would be nice instead of multiple tests...but I am willing to go with multiple if that's the best protocol. Just not sure of what that protocol is??? Thoughts

In bold, will give the best results and also the best bang for the $. 2 doses is good, but 3 is really nice.

Or possibly finish off my igf and then switch to the Quad once that is finished? Reason I ask is that i read that the mgf can negate the effects of the igf or something to that effect...so they shoudnt be done together.
 
I like to keep it simple with GHRP-2 or 6 and Mod GRF 1-29 dosed twice on off days and add in a dose Postworkout on lifting days.

Since you have the igf lr3 already in hand, you could take it a few different ways. Pre or post workout if your looking for better recovery, nutrient shuttling and good pumps. If you concerned with interfering with the mgf you produce naturally during workouts and don't want to disrupt this process (cellular differentiation), take it at night or days off. I tried it every way possible and using it pre-workout with a few carbs seems to give me the best results.

Having said that, I've used lots of ifg lr3 from many different sources over the years and to be honest the price and results were never worth the cost imo. If you going to spending that kind of money, get some gh and run 4-5iu ed. OR just use the mod gfr and ghrp's combo.
 
you can get decent results from peps. I just found all the dosing protocols and various peps confusing. Since for the most part the idea is to up IGF-1 in the body and stimulate gh release. I just decided to run low doses of exo gh. Around 3-4iu's works really well, dosing is very easy, and its very affordable. Best of luck
