Cooling blankets?

Anyone try a cooling blanket for keeping cold while you sleep? Any success or other ideas?

Getting tired of sweating constantly and being hot while I sleep and looking for a solution other than a fan and A/C as these are already being used.

i got the pillow one, ironically it was too cold yet you can mask that, but main thing you can hear the water running through it which didnt sit well me, fan is fine to hear, but that right in my ear didnt work out

Yes there are options are available depends on the cost, I have heard BEDJET is good choice it can cost around $400 worth to look at.

Thanks, been looking at that myself. Just a bit skeptical on the whole thing as we heat up a lot more than regular people

I use a chili pad - bit expensive but I highly recommend.

If you get - make sure you get the right size. It covers my half of the bed so my wife isn’t miserable.

The data alone on sleep temperature speaks for itself. I cannot recommend it enough.

At first I was kinda “meh” on it, now sleeping without it when out of town I have a tangible difference in REM, deep sleep and RHR.
