Weighted blankets, anyone?

I’d recommend it, tried it loved it way easier to fall asleep imo

I have a 25lb that I go in phases using and not using...no real reason, that's just how it's been. I like it. I toss and turn really bad, always have, and I think it just keeps me in place a little better. I still flip but not seemingly every 20 minutes. I also sleep pretty hot and keep my place really cold just because I can't sleep at all when I'm hot, and it hasn't been as much a problem as I expected. Runs about as warm as a normal comforter. I specifically looked for a cooler, breathable version (at least the marketing says), and it was more expensive than others, but I'm happy with it. (forget which one I specifically bought but I've had it 3-4 years)

I really do love the idea, but seem very pricey

I have pretty decent ptsd..weighted blankets and metoprolol are the only 2 reasons I sleep

If u get one make sure u dont go too heavy ..My mistake getting a really expensive one and I hate it ..I feel like I cant breathe it weighs me down so much ..

I dunno man I think it’s preference. Mine is 50 lbs and I love it

I thought these were for anxiety mostly. Never looked into it as half the night I am only half covered with the blanket anyway. I'll research this cooling blanket though

My ex gf had one and I always slept outside of that thing. I guess I should have known things wouldn’t last long when she pulled that out.
