Hey guys, I would like to get some feed back on some questions I have. Please remember this is only my opinions on some things and I am very open minded in change. I guess to start off is to give you all little back ground about myself. I'm 49 yrs old and compete at 145-147. My training weight is around 158(and smooth). I started training back when I was in my twenties. Back in those days I had a Dr. who basically asked me what I wanted. So I know what its like training with test, deca ect. I got involved in "life" and backed way off from training on a competitive level. Now at 49 I'm trying to make a come back. Did two shows this year. Won both. Oh by the way they were both natural and so am I(for now anyway). This is the point of my mental block. I want to continue doing shows every year, but I need to get bigger. I get so frustrated training hard and basically looking the same. Day after day. As far as my training routines goes, I've done almost all of them. I watch my diet extremely close. Supplements, well there so many off them out there I don't think its fair to say I've taken them all, but I've tried allot of them and my own opinion is most are crap. When I started them I tracked my weight and strength. At the end of my cycle (could be 8 - 12 weeks ),nothing. My weight was the same and my strength has not moved. Sorry guys for the long story but here's one question: Can you get big staying natural and if so how???? I know why guys get on the juice because they want to see some results for all the hard work in the gym. I'm at the cross roads again. If anybody think supplements work (natural), please let me know what worked for you. I know that if I go back to the things I took back in my better years I will see something (unfortunately my Dr. is gone). I would be happy give more feed back if anybody wants it. This is a great site and I'm proud to be communicating with a group of people that is willing to help. I don't get to the computer as quick as I'd like so if you replay back please be patient.
Thanks
