I am going to focus this year on putting on more mass, due to my cardiologist suggesting to wait another year before thinking about competing. I wanted to get a few suggestions if some of you could help me a little bit on my diet. Here are my stats: 168 lb (this morning, dry weight) 5'6" 22 years old.
