Well I was probably 205 back then if I remember correctly. I weigh 175 now. An ifbb girl who trains people looked at me today and said I was 6 percent but that's way too low I think. Probably 8 or 9 I'm thinking.
I use to go on bulking phases and eat everything in site years ago. Yea I put muscle on but tons of fat too. The older I get the more I realize it's not about the scale and pounding heavy weights constantly every time. I'm older now and wanna be healthy and I feel so much better leaner and look better of course.
I wouldn't think too hard... I'm gonna stay lean and try and get a bit leaner for summer. Cardio and diet is the key for me. If I keep the cardio up I stay lean.
