B. Your mask might be a no go. It took me about six different masks over a half a year to find the right one.
Been having issue with energy and slowly got worst over two years. Finally went for a sleep test and I have sleep apnea. Been using a cpap 2 weeks now and feeling better already. Slowly getting back to my old self.
You won’t see immediate improvements after starting to use a CPAP / APAP / BIPAP, you need to get used to it first and then slowly you’ll start seeing the benefits. It took me 4 months to get used to it, and 8 months before struggling to sleep without it.

If I'm particularly stopped up I'll turn the pressure up by 0.5 or 1 and that usually helps. Other than that blow your nose, avoid dairy before bed, maybe try a netti pot.
