Cramping while taking clen

What are some suggestions on what has helped the cramping while taking Clen? I am in the final days prior to a show and want to make sure it’s a non issue. I will pull it out a few days prior.

What are some suggestions on what has helped the cramping while taking Clen? I am in the final days prior to a show and want to make sure it’s a non issue. I will pull it out a few days prior.

Add 4g or more of taurine and it should clear it up.

You will also want to consider Magnesium Glycinate and if using diuretics keep electrolytes in through show day.
