You know, a couple years ago when I had a blood test done for HRT, the doctor told me that my liver enzymes were elevated. (Which was certainly coming from the fact that I used to do almost daily drinking! That has stopped for quite a while now though.) Any way, he asked me if I took creatine and I said yes. He said that he told all his patients to not take creatine because he said he constantly saw kidney and liver problems from the "higher doses that bodybuilders take".

Any thoughts on that?

no you dont have to. you can run it along side your AAS.

As long as you keep hydrated, using creatine should not pose any danger. It certainly doesn't affect liver values. Those are mainly affected by AAS usage. I've had elevated liver values being completely off creatine while on HRT.

i'll back that up. i've got the tablet form from sci fit. get a real good contraction when training on this stuff and feel a lot fuller. fair enough its water but when you're trying to bulk its nice to have that extra bit of help

If you're going heavy and intensity is high, the recovery benefits are incredible.

It's a staple to me. Can't imaging not having it.

It is good to cycle off it for a few weeks every couple months though IMO.
