this is my girlfriend, she has done 1 small show in the past and won it....she wants to do the same show I'm doing in november(the eastern usa's)...I wanted to know what you guys think she should work on...she's gonna start cutting mid-august...she's 5'1.5"...120lbs right now...she started doing partial deadlifts, bent-over rows, and t-bar row per my advice because of her weak back...
