Critique my tren ace test prop cycle

Need some help critiquing my cycle...this will be my 4th cycle...my last cycle was test e 400mgs week and 400mgs tren e. Privomed throughout and Nolva pct for 4 weeks.

Here's how my next cycle looks

Test Prop....150mgs EOD Weeks 1-10
Tren Ace.....75mgs EOD Weeks 6-10
T3..............5Omg ED 6-10
Winny.........50mg ED 6-10

Or....
Tren 75mg EOD....Test Prop 50mg EOD weeks 1-10
Winny T3 all the same dosage above...any advice would be great
 
How long have you been training and how old are you?

Also, not hating but if this is your fourth cycle and that's your current weight/bf you should look at your diet/training.
 
cycle looks solid but a couple things jump out at me

#1) Why use prop and ace versions now?

#2) why are you using T3

Like asked before what does your training and nutrition look like?

Post up or PM sombody what you are eating and how you are training to go along with this idea of adding muscle but staying lean , the nutritional side will have WAY more to do with the desired results than the drug side.

Their are plenty of people hear willing to help you make adjustment and steer you in the right direction to prevent you from wasting juice and budding yourself through undo stress.

One thing that i have noticed about alot of guys who go about it on their own for a while then hire a good trainer is then generaly always report back with something along the lines of
"I can't believe the gains ive made with so and so and with 1/2 the drugs"

this is because sombody with the nutritional knowledge has read what their body needs to grow
 
I'm 27, been training for 2yrs...my first cycle was test only at 400mgs week...2nd was test c at 400 added 400 of deca, got way to bloated from deca, did test e and tren e and absolutely loved it...wanting to try the short esters to see if I would like it even better...diet as follows...

Breakfast...protein shake 40grams
Snack....Greek yogurt 15 grams
Lunch...chef salad, chicken breast 50 grams
Snack...small protein shake 15 grams
Dinner...pork chops, chicken, steak varies from each week 35 grams
Snack...protein shake 40 grams

Based upon trying to get 1.5lb of protein per pound of body weight
2 cheat meals usually on the weekends
 
well the protein in their but if what you posted is all your eating you are in a terrible calorie defect

try starting with eating a whole meal when you get hungry ,

shoot for 40g protein , 40g carbs and 15g fat in each meal

at first you probably will only get 4 meals or so but that will increase

as for training , you still have a long way to go NATURALY of you have only been training a couple years.

if its at all possible I'd look into hiring a coach to help you with your diet and training
 
What's the training routine look like?

I can tell you that I have an imaginary friend that has made great gains on 200 mgs test a week and 350 mgs of tren a a week.

He's also found a new friend in TNE/Dbol blend preworkout.

Right now he's 48 years old and is 5-09, 226 with decent abs. He's not a mass monster pro but is happy with his look.

He never touched gear until about a year ago.

That's not a lot of gear.

Point being the drugs do work but diet and training can take past where you currently are if dialed in properly.
 
If using test prop and tren ace i would do 75-100 mgs tren eod with prop at 100 mgs eod.
