She looks a bit flat and holding water, but that's what the last week is about. All else is good. Good luck!

She's tightened up a HUGE amount in the last week! In the photos from a week ago she looked well behind in prep, now she looks on track.

from these photos, i would say that she should relax the arms a bit in the side and back poses. How did she do ?

Placed third in the 35+ and sixth in the open

Wife placed third in the 35+ and sixth in the open. She is pleased given that she is 45 and this was her first show. She is al;ready gearing up for her next show. Here are some pics, and criticism is most welcome. She is in the blond in the purple one pice and the black two piece. #88
