seriously, you look much younger... and i remember a picture you posted in the offseason about a year or so ago (when you were wearing blue posing trunks i think)... you gained A LOT of mass since then! great job!!!

P.S. if i ever saw you on the street and had to guess how old you were, i'd say late thirties, early fourties max!

Great to see your pics! - cant believe what gyno said - he must be looking at something different than me! LOL Anyways - Hella impressive at any age but especially at 50! i'm 51 now and damn it is hard as hell to put on any mass that isn't fat. I only got into this 4 years ago but am hooked now and want to get is the best shape i can to jump on stage next year. it won't be easy at my age, but it won't be any easier in 10 years! my only fear is hat i'll stand next to some dude like you! hahahaha

Where in CA are u? im in Oakland - and would love to get some "insider" tips from a guy my age. these 30something trainers have no idea what to say to a 50 year old! half say don't do too much - you'll hurt yourself, and the other half say "oh you'll put on 10 lbs easy if you up your cals 500 a day" But the metabolism is TOTALLY different at 50. (Damn wish I started 30 years ago - hahahaa)
