Cycle IGF?

OK guys, how many of you cycle IGF, 1 month on, 1 month off? How do you guys optimize effectiveness? I'm thinking I should do 1 month on, 1 month off, 40mcg daily. Thoughts? Suggestions?

I only use it post work out 40mcg. I do that until 1mg is gone then I take a break. The only time I use it daily is the first week of pct

But your definitely need to take time off the freshen up those receptors.

Allot of people from other boards seems to believe that u can run IGF for 12 weeks without saturating your receptors.

In fact many believe that they see the most results after 5-6 weeks.

A lot of that has to do with the purity of the product if your IGF is 95% pure or even a little higher you can run IGF longer, I've run it for 12 weeks and got the same pumps 12 weeks later as I did when I did day #1. But, then again my IGF is purer than 95%.

I've been on IGF-1 for almost 6 weeks now and I am still getting pumps using the igf-1 Lr3 I got from Genesis.
