Yes, with all the aas you should aim at stable, or at least fairly stable, blood levels, IMO.
Growth hormone then is a whole nother thing, with gh i prefer a bit higher spikes...still don't use those 3 times a week protocols some people like, to each his own i guess...
I'm gonna go against the grain here... the shorter the half life, the more concentrated it should be throughout the day, and longer half lives should be spread out. The shorter ones (dbol) have higher peak concentrations and should be timed such that it peaks when you need it most (pre/post workout). The longer ones (winny) should be spread am/pm such that you always have a useful amount in your bloodstream.
Regardless though, it doesn't make a huge difference. Do it however you like it or is most convenient.
