after my shoulder surgery I would like to take test again, would it be better to divide the dose in 3 or take it once a week?

Even cyp or ene I still would do twice a week to keep more stable blood levels. It will still work once a week but I feel twice is better for reason o listed. Some guys go daily and feel it's even better when on trt.

It will work no matter how you take it. Like Jstrong said, i break mine up into monday and friday injections. Seems to keep my level more stable. Instead of a peak and valley, its more like a flat line or maybe a small hill. I used to divide it up and do m/w/f but truthfully i got tired of being a pin cushion and see no difference doing it m/f

I’ve been doing that for a while now. 60 mg test e and 10 mg trest ace. I know that’s more then a trt dose. Feeling awesome.

Testosterone Cyp/E can be injected 1x/week for TRT purposes. If you are blasting you want to split up the injections to minimize volume.

with my shoulder prothesis can't train so often and heavy
I'm thinking of taking 1cc a week

Yeah I've been on mostly TRT for a few years and experimented with various shot frequencies, really seems to make zero difference in how I feel or perform.
