here are my shots from tonight. really no difference than last week, i cant imagine how that is. 7 1/2 hours of cardio, and im the same weight...........198.

dude, you need to REALLY!!!get your shit together this last 2 weeks if you want a good showing......i'm also 2 weeks out from atlantics........at show of this caliber, you should really just be waiting to get on stage at 2 weeks out

i guess what i'm saying bro, is that your behind.....but, you still have time to tightin up........go balls out on diet....extra cardio......sauna, whatever you gotta do to make a good showing

im actually warming up for the jr's on 4 weeks. i must be holding 10-12 pounds of water, my salt intake is through the roof. my bodyfat is pretty low but i always feel bloated. has to be the salt. ill rest at at ease, knowing im in good hands. TEAM TROP baby!! good luck at the atlantic states.:)

my side shots need some work still. that side quarter turn is the best one i ever took. beleive it or not. and that still needs alot of work.

The mid section looks a little bloated (nice pic explains that), but otherwise your looking thick and leaning down nicely. Your back and leg thickness/shape look incredible. Im anxious to see how you'll look in 4 weeks. Good luck at the Atlantic!

Did you train DC style in the offseason?
 
sup dave looking thick bro, in the side relaxed blow out and suck your stomach in slightly and slightly crunch your obliques, will help your waist look tighter, just keep doing what your doing bro, and just come in sharp for junior nationals, aint nobody worried about the atlantics :confused: just come in tight and right for jr. nationals. 4 weeks and counting bro!

If you come in the same condition I saw you at this past october at the gold's do not sweat what any one says you will be fine . 2 weeks is plenty of time to drop your h2o and tighten up, Good luck.

This is true. Im not doin any national shows this yr so this is all im doin, NJ States the week after also.

You say your preppin for the Juniors but you dont WARM UP with a show of this calibur, especially when 1/4 of the judges are on the same panel at nationals. If you dont draw their attention here, youl never get a 2nd look at the national show.
 
Gotta be tighter then this bro , for 2 weeks out this just isnt gonna cut it. Your physique looks pretty solid overall you just needed more time.
