Looking even better. Stick to what you're doing! Beware of the fat you hold in your lower back. You're lucky because you're getting leaner in your stomach, but your lower back will be slower. Just means you have to work harder than you want to.
Keep up with heavy movements for back and legs. They are your most glaring weaknesses. Otherwise, I think you'll be really happy with how you'll look.
JohnnySmiles- It was my crude way of saying it. I just meant that some people who tried the Palumbo-style diet for 8-10 weeks exactly as planned didn't have the best result. We have no idea how our bodies will react because there's no test to see which diet will work best... obviously. My test was dieting with carbs year after year and feeling like a failure. I was hungry, I'd cheat, I'd go up and down in energy, and I didn't feel healthy. When I switched over to keto style dieting, it was like an awakening. Everything became easy. My body felt cleaner and I just got leaner week by week.
