I dont know how fast it gets into your system so I was wondering what is best time to take . Should I do all of them first thing in the morning ? Spread them out over the course of the day evenly? Take prior to gym ?
 
Half life is 4 to 5 hours so I feel best to spread them out about every 5 hours.And yes get a dose in a couple hours before hitting the gym.
 
as long as you have been a member here and you are asking this? just take them. it doesnt matter. it would be like taking any medicine.
 
Dbol is honestly the best oral. (in my opinion) It's best taken a couple of hours before a workout. If you are using it to jumpstart a cycle, try dosing every 3-4 hours. Otherwise 25mg a couple of hours before a workout is great stuff.
 
Result wise it really doesn't matter whether you take it all in one sitting or spread them out throughout the day.

i cant even believe this thread is still on the main forum, and then people come in here acting like i just gave a guy bad advice to a member who has been here almost four years. what a fuckin joke!
 
i apologize matt if that was really a sincere question. but, that question has probably been asked and answered more than any other thing on this board.
 
the difference is so minor, its not worth worrying about unless you are taking in 60 a day, and you feel nauseous taking it all at once.

We have our guys run AM/NOON/PM and prior to training.

Okay, here's the answer:

D-bol has a 1/2 life of about 3 or 4 hours, so take your first tab at morning, then take another every 2-4 hours afterward. Dose accordingly.

There was that so hard? My timing may be out some, but it state of the art compared with telling the dude "just take em. it doesn't matter. it's just like any medicine".

Ever heard of timed release meds? All meds are NOT the same. Half life determines optimum dose schedule.

I apologise if I come across as being too harsh, but if you don't know the answer to a question, why give lousy advice? Silence is better that errant info.

Again, please don't be too offended. I'm still learning here too.
