Excuse the low post #, I do too much reading and searching. I have been reading TOO MUCH lately on the routines of LATS and Phil. I've decided it's time to give them a try.
I come from a powerlifting/strength training background, so I am left wondering how you gents incorporate deloading or volume cycling? Do you at all?
I'm giving some thought to putting up a journal of my foray into the world of low volume/high frequency. My joints and CNS are just worn out from years of multiple low rep sets, many times a week. I didn't really see a journal section, so I don't know if that's a no-no here or not? I don't want to give away anything that Phil charges for, though I did find most of it just by searching. Should it be ok to put one up, I'll give more details as to my stats, history, goals, etc. But I'd hate to bore everyone from the get go.
