32 y.o. female 5ft 4in. 131lbs... Trying to get into figure competition. Work out: Day 1: chest/back/upper abs and cardio, Day 2: legs/glutes, Day3: shoulders/arms/lower abs and cardio. No fast food or junk food. Any diet suggestions would be great.
