yup been bulking for 3 years (started at 135) first time i have ever dieted. to be truthful loosing weight is much easier than putting it on for me. i follow a fairly strick diet and do cardio 4x/per week at 30min each.
i did var only just becuase i wanted to give my body a rest from test. im trying to focus less on anabolics and more on diet/training and overall living life and being healthy...
