Dieting log with Synthetek

Are you injecting the synthetine pre carbs?

ive read most do it that way...just wondering

I know a lot do this, I don't necessary do it this way
I just shoot synthetine 30 minutes before cardio ... I can tell the difference when using it : sweat much more, feel that flush in my face after a couple of minutes ... and after a very short few weeks fat is melting

Im assuming you will run the combo until you reach your desired bf levels...will you continue to use them for maintenance once you've achieved your desired bf levels?

definitely yes, I just love the pumped and vascular feeling from synthelesenand I know synthetine will help me to stay lean so yes, I will use those year round from now on
plus there is no receptor saturation issue with those products, they work year round

I love T3 and I rate this combo as good if not better than T3 because you don't risk losing muscle because of it and it makes me vascular :headbang:

Outside of eating low carb high protein what is the best way to run this?

I've read that you want to take it right before cardio. What about non cardio days?

Is there a best practice for food and timing of food when taking the combo?

Not sure what you mean when you ask about the best way to run this ?
diet is the key when using those compounds anyway but diet is the key in everything

timing of food, to be honest I never really noticed any difference

definitly !!! talk about increased vascularity : earlier after shower I was happy to see that I have a vein that starts to pop out of the left side of my belly
not really noticeable but I am happy it comes after 10 days of diet !

I am at day 10 of my diet, I miscalculated it the other day, I started last tuesday

My body seems to change a little bit, I feel and look much more full and have a lot of energy ! Synthetine does that to me all the time !

Today for some unknown reasons I am holding water ... my weight hasn't changed
