Today I reached a point I don't like lol : when I touch my stomach I can feel I am losing fat, my skin in some areas is much more "tender" but it needs to tighten up ... I hate that !
Plus I have a thick skin (almost like a crocodile :D ) so it takes a couple weeks for it to tighten ...

Differences of the day : more veins on my arms, more details on my legs and more veins there as well

Today is my cheat day : hitting up the all you can eat sushi bar tonight :D:D:D:D:D:D !!

Sushi bar was like heaven :D

Ill wait a bit and post more pictures when changes will be more drastic

Never asked you btw... and that's actually a pretty good question (yes, I enjoy flattering myself from time to time :D)... do you attribute it mainly to your leg genetics (of course), or do you think there's also a special exercise or at least a way to do it (position of the feet, etc...) that contributed to your quads shape?!?! :)

very good question indeed :D

to be honest my leg development is mostly genetic as I never really paid attention to any special exercises or position of my feet

Is that a day, 7 days a week?

Defo tightening up nicely buddy. How are you finding the diet? Looks like you shift fat pretty quick

for the first time this week I had to stop cardio because of a knee pain so I lowered my carbs to 65 to 80 grams a day

Also increased training intensity by using giant sets and lowering down my rest time between sets

seems like I still shedded a bit fat even without cardio ... it had me worried but I guess with synthetine on board fat is still melting :)

Ah man, sucks hows the knee now? Damn thats low lol. I have just been introduced to giant sets (2 weeks ago) man there pretty grueling. But i enjoy them! Is Synthetine really that good, don't think you can get any over here in the UK

knee pain is the result of years of heavy squats :mad:
I am 32 years old but doc told me my right knee is 70 :)

giant sets .. I gave them a try a few years back and didnt like them much
now for some reasons they gave me more fullness and density than anything else :eek:

its probably due to the fact that I gained some muscle maturity over the years

also synthelesen gives me that blood rush so it does help to get a good pump to look full :headbang:
