(sorry for my English-I have been in USA only for 2 years.I haven't been taken any English writing classes
My question is:is any different between % body fat-normal person,athletic person and person who lift serious weight?
I have a problem to understand what is my % body fat.In my Gym we have an electronic scales.When I check the % body fat of my clients show me one numbers which are close to what they have to be..when I check my % body fat show me others.Show me higher % body fat.When I did not lift heavy weight my % body fat was round 11-12.Now when I lift heavy weight and everybody saying that I look leaner than before(with the same body weight)and I have definitely more lean muscles my body fat % is between 10-13...some time 13.2
How can I understand what is my body fat % and what is the est one for my figure(5.2 hight,107lbs)
