Buddy of mine gave me some and i've been using it for around 6months now on back and leg days. He said it relieves the lactic acid buildup so you dont get such a painful lower back/ or pump and can continue the workout long. Now, maybe its just placebo but I have noticed on leg days I dont get such an aweful lower back pump like I usually do and I feel like my leg pump isnt so excruciating. Any backings behind this or is it all in my head?
