Do you have an opnion on spot injecting GH?

I have tried several ways, subq under skin on wrist, inject in belly fat around abdomen and have also spot injected, some material say it does not matter where you inject, some research say otherwise, what do you guys think? I personally have spot inj. in bi's and tri's and calves and felt like I seen better results that subq alone on wrist or in abdomen.
