This is from my thread off of another board and I still cannot find a direct answer. I have had bursitis in my should for quite awhile now. As long as I flex it while lifting I dont have any problems. But sometimes it feels "loose" like it could freakin pop out of socket or something. Also, I have a back injury that I am trying to heal. Its been way to long for both to heal natty...
Heres what was in the thread, and any advice is appreciated!
On another note.....
When I do get to where I want to be (march hopefully) I want to try some stuff to help my back/shoulder in recovery.
I don't know a whole lot about GH and a lot of the peptides out there, but do you guys think any of these will help my discs heal and/or help with my scoliosis?
Just an FYI, I completely herniated discs at L4-5, had a hairline fracture to the vertabrae in between those discs, and found out the end of my spine is curved like almost 40-50 degrees (scoliosis).
I've researched some peptides and hear they can help promote healing with tendons/ligaments/etc.
Oh and before I forget, my left shoulder had bursistis a few years back and since it always been weak. When I move it while not flexing, it pops like crazy and hurts a bit when I elevate above my head. If I keep pressure on it (flexing) it's much better but still not normal. Would GH and/or peptides help this as well?
Thanks to all!
