ok i read the DC post and keep reading it, but some of it contradicts it self, maybe one of you other guys can help, i was reading cycles on pennies, and it said high protein good fats and low to moderate carbs. first it said dont have carbs and fats at the same time , then he says if its before 6pm, have carbs after protein and fats, to satisfy hunger. so should i just be having fats with shakes, and carbs with regular meals? im sure the answer is on there somewhere but 41 pages is too much to skim over.
