ok i read the DC post and keep reading it, but some of it contradicts it self, maybe one of you other guys can help, i was reading cycles on pennies, and it said high protein good fats and low to moderate carbs. first it said dont have carbs and fats at the same time , then he says if its before 6pm, have carbs after protein and fats, to satisfy hunger. so should i just be having fats with shakes, and carbs with regular meals? im sure the answer is on there somewhere but 41 pages is too much to skim over.

just do carbs post workout, and fats with the rest of ur meals, he recommeds not putting extra fat into ur shake b4 bed, but i'd do it based on the fact that the body will covert more of the protein to glucose of there aint another energy source present
 
magoo - what you stated is what I basically do except I eat green vegetables with dinner meal and "a little" salsa with noon meal. I also have one cheat day a week. I always encourage feedback :)

whats ur cheat day like, is it some extra carbs like 50-100 or more to boost metabolism or is it the all out eating people do that really harms three goals more then anything else while dieting, the whole cheat day thing has been taken way too far

ok i use the fish oil tabs and flax tabs, how many easch should i use each meal? their standard size gel caps 1 gm fat each

This is probably why I've plateued at ~6% BF - my normal cal intake is ~2300 (very low carb & fat) and on cheat day it's probably 3500-4000! I don't eat real bad (maybe just a little simple carbs) just EAT A LOT!! This plan is what SwoleCat promotes over at GotFina - thought I'd give it a whirl. I know it sounded too good to be true :D

swole knows his stuff well, if i had to guess ur not eating enough fat considering ur not on any aas and too much of the protien ur eating is going towards glucose. u taking any fish oil or cla?,also e-mail me for some recomendations [email protected]
 
doktorspok, u dont need flax tabs, fish oils tabs should be at 10 grams a day make sure u get it from good sources, very reliable is kilosports.com
