One of the rare few people in this sport that not only talked the talked but definitly walked the walk! Great, is a understatement for his determination and this video. Nice post Wynn.
Dorian is the MAN!
almost weird to see him caught in a smile lol.

thats a good series for guys to watch that are ready to learn how to do it. LOW VOLUME HIGH INTENSITY.

Great video. I like how dorian coaches. Seems very strict yet very friendly at the same time. Imagine having him as a trainer every day when you work out...?!
it seems to me that dorian was clearly one of the smartest trainers out there. everyone said he was using masive dose etc however he got in won everything got out rich and now looks healthy and happy and sits at around 230lb with cardio health,
back in the day his temple gym workouts were legendary.
Well,
on the blood and guts vid itself it says he does 2 days on, 1 off, 2 days on, 1 off, repeat, doesn't matter the day of the week, this is just how he does it! Now on this video series he says he takes a day off after legs and a day off after back. SO, i would think he does his chest/bi workout monday, leg workout tuesday, off wednesday, shoulder/tri workout thursday, back workout friday, then saturday off, then start again sunday with monday's workout, etc. This is just me piecing together the puzzle bro. I could be wrong but this split makes perfect sense to me and starting tomorrow this is exactly what im going to do! 8 weeks into my cycle now, time to change up my routine and im sure this way will kill it especially doing it Dorian style with his training advice! One of the smartest bber's out there ever no doubt! Sure some can grow on AAS and doing 3 working sets per excercise per muscle group but that even over time can get taxing on ur body even on a lot of AAS and i think will just lead to more health/injury issues in the long run. I believe Big A even posted up a sticky somewhere here or a real good read about how to train on AAS. His thread was almost to Dorian's principles to the T!
