OK, laugh now:D :D .... Hypatheticaly speaking , if someone made good gains off a low dose of test ie.(350mg test e /wk ) last time should he stay at that for next. Or would uping the dose ie. (500mg/wk) give better pumps or better something? Tempting to see the difference. Or should you go as low as you can to still get decent gains? (I think I know the answer but you know..:) )

HAHAHAHAHA..........Ok you said to laugh now!! (j/k) I agree with lats. if you made good progress on 350 and then had a break from it. You would still make good gains on that again. More is not always better. many of us have tried the big dose cycles.............they do not produce more results, just more problems!!! It is about finding the least amount that will give you the best gains. If 350 happens to be your favorite number then there it is!!

Only stirring bro. it's all good and i thought it was a legit question to ask. I was just being a smart ass, silly season and all.

But in all seriousness more gear does not always get more gains. in some cases more or higher doses can lead to the opposite in some. As well as increased sides. Remember one thing, aas is only a small part of the equation. diet and training is where you make your progress. aas is just a tool to help out.

I've seen SO MANY guys on tons of gear looking like they had never even trained for a single day in their life, it's unbelievable :eek:

And on the other hand you have the ones who take a few dbols and immediately blow up... while staying very lean.

Response to gear is really an individual matter, so kinda hard to answer your question.

Anyway, food should always be what you rely on first.

if your still seeing gains at low doses I would keep it there. Work on fine tuning diet.

i cant agree more.Hypatheticaly if i were to run 250-400 test 200-300 deca or 200 tren-a i think it would work better then high does were you feel like shit.

It is better to at least make one aware they are placing themselves in danger by looking at upping things and maybe bend the rules a bit...........Hope your listening DAD, I'm not a big fan of game shows......LOL!! At least you did it first, so You getting all this dad? Lats was first, I'm only agreeing with him!!!! LMAO!!!

Not a money thing at all. You see all the posts about high doses & wonder if you are missing out on something. So many guys go 500 first time, then next its 500 t + 400 dec + oral, next time tren , etc... Just was wondering if any reason to go up if someone can still make good gains on less. Seems like the consensus is to stay low if it works. Most of the guys who use a lot don't look like they do anyway. I agree that gear should be the icing on the cake (not the cake itself). Thanks for all the thoughtful replies.
 
One of My best cycles to this day was only 25mg D-bol/day & 350 test Eth/wk...& that was after I competed & ran doses 3-4x/wk...for some reason less was more

I think you missed the point of the question. He wanted to know if it was worth increasing the dose to get more gains not is 350 enough. It has absolutely no bearing whatsoever if you think it is a low dose or not. I am actually happy to see a question like this. It shows that someone has done some reading and isn't a complete jackass. A lot of the stupid questions we get around here are like should I take more than 1500mgs/wk of test with 500mgs/wk of tren and I'm also running 100mgs/day of dbol and 100mgs/day of anavar. If someone can get good solid gains with 350mgs/wk then why would you take more. If I could get good solid gains on 200mgs/wk that is all I would ever take. I was young and stupid and did waaaaay toooooo much shit but the internet wasn't around then and I had to rely on jackasses telling me that you won't grow on less than 1000mgs/wk of test and 750mgs/wk of deca and 50mgs/day of dbol. I would recommend to everyone starting out to stay low. Start with as little as you can and make adjustments from there. It's easy to add but impossible to subtract.
 
Look the guy says all the right things but most guys who say that are secretly eating placenta every night before bed. Of course less is better for you and risk increase with dosage but if your willing to take potential additional risk there can be potential additional reward. You just won't know until you try.
 

My thoughts exactly. That was one of the most bizarre and outlandish things a person could have said in that situation, and not in a good way.

I'm always tempted to go higher, but I don't.
I enjoy the whole process.Gear is a small part of it for me.:)
 
WTF has eating placenta got to do with upping your dose from 350/wk?? I say again, if 350 worked well and he has had a 1 yr break from aas then 350 will produce outstanding results. Going to 500 will not necessarily make faster or better gains. Remember this.......the faster you put on size the easier it is to lose that size also. Time and quality gains will see you retain most of what you gained. So be patient and let the gains come more from diet and sound training. You will be rewarded appropriately down the track. It is not a drag race!!!
