I have a doubt , as I ordered several months ago IGF from chemone and
in the last order, I have received much less powder.
I've asked Chemone for an explanation, and as you can see in the following mails, they say something about "fillers" and are ennoyed by my questions. I've tried to apologize to them, but i had not
another answer from them....
What do you think about?
I'd appreciate so much if someone has had a similar experience and if someone else has made a recent order and has received so little powder
I suppose it's normal, but comparing what I supposed be the "normal" quantity, I thought it was an error.
And I expect if someone from chemone sees this thread please don't begin to charge against me !!!
It's not a matter of trust or not, I believe what they say
But in the age of information, I suppose you understand I am in the right to ask for different people's points of view and their knowledge and experience.
Because anyone can make an error, and I was the first to ask for their pardon if I was wrong, but i expected an answer...
My questions are:
It's a normal procedure to mix "filling" powder with the original product?
What is the purpose of that?
Why there's so much difference in the quantity as it seems to be in the pictures? (1/10th of the original amount from the first order compared to the last one)
Why they did put that "filler" months ago and not now?
It can really not be an error and they've sent me 100mcg of product instead of 1mg?
Please see the pictures attached below and give me your oppinion
And I repeat, i don't try not to offend anyone with this, simply to be sure since they seem to get very ennoyed with my suggestion of a possible error....
Thank you very much

I have a doubt:
In the long r3-igf1 vials I have received there seems to be very little lyophilized powder.
It's supposed to contain 1000mcg= 1mg in each vial
I attach a couple of pictures comparing a vial I ordered from you several months ago
In the left, you can see a significant powder quantity, but in the new vials you package now, there is aprox. 1/10th of the original amount.
Is this fact normal? Is the powder much more concentrated now?
(I have ordered peg MGF from you too, and the powder seems all right)

There is absolutely nothing wrong with your order, and frankly I'm offended you'd think there was.
What you're seeing is 1mg of IGF without the standard filler, added to make people like you think you're getting more than you are.

Please understand my intention was not to offend you in any way.
I think I did not express appropiately
And i apologize to you if you were offended, because, I repeat, it was not my intention to put in
doubt you did not send it all right.
And I am completely sure of your honestity, that's the reason I made a first order and now I have made this second order to you and I pretend to continue doing so if you let me ... ;-)
Simply, if you have read my mail, I had a doubt, as I noticed the quantity of the powder was much less then the one I ordered and received from you months ago.
Please, understand too as I am not an expert in peptides, I don't know anything about fillers (I don't know if it can be mixed another product with the lyophilyzed powder)
That's why I asked you what was the difference, simply that. I did not know anything about the filler and now you send the powder purely...
So, I as I understand you, I hope you understand me too, as I noticed something different and tried to know what was the difference.
Forgive me if you were offended , cause I trust you
And thank you for the explanation!
