bro you will find that everyone reacts as different as hell to carb depleting and directics...some carbs work better then others for some ppl and pulling water is crazy..
I would do the water loading trick if anything...the other way only has 3 results..your flat..or bloated or your on..i have yet to see it work for the same person the same way 2 years in a row..it is that hard to really get it right..
We all looked better 12 hours later after the show...this is trail and error and should be tried a little bit before experimenting for the show that you have trained all year to do ...
last show i did,i did the directics and wound up in the fetal position on the floor half way through my manditories..i recovered in 2-3 minutes but i cramped up real bad and almost died after we finished the show.i had professional help as we had a top 3 IFBB olympian guest posing...i had the bag hooked up in a IV in my arm to help me and i swore that if i pulled through i would never compete and if i did never to do the directics again..that was 4 years ago...
Think twice about directics.....unless you are a IFBB pro..it is not worth the risk for a $10 trophy and a pat on the back...
