I guess it's time that I buckle down and start getting back to the nitty gritty. I had close to 5 weeks of not being concern about what I was eating, what times I was eating and all that stuff! I just had fun. It's time to get serious!

I roughly have about 36 weeks of bulking and 12 weeks of contest prep to the USA's.

My goal is to add on quality muscle, but try to keep my bodyfat at a reasonable number. What is reasonable? I dunno. If I have to buy bigger clothes than what is in my "fat" box, then I have gone too far! hehehe!

My main concern is really concentrating on adding more roundness and fullness to my delts and glutes. I want some cannonball delts and a ghetto bootay (lol!)!!! And then just adding overall quality muscle to everything else. I also need to prioritize abs and calf work. I always tend to neglect these two!

Cam and I will be hitting DC training again. We were going to start this next week, but we started today instead. Didn't go as heavy and just kind of feeling numbers again. Hopefully in the next week or so, we'll be back into the groove! I can't wait! Our split will be as followed:

Chest/Shoulder/Triceps
Legs
Back/Bi's

And alternate abs and calves every other workout.

Nutrition will be alot of clean foods throughout the week, with Sunday having 1 cheat meal only. I'll start off slow and add in more calories each week and go from there. My last bulk was pretty successful and I hope to achieve the same results as that time, but as I mentioned earlier trying to keep my bodyfat a little lower this time around.

I'm ON A MISSION! Keep me accountable guys and dolls!!! Give me spankings when I need it! I can handle it! lol!

I'm in the same boat. I had my month of eating everthing that I probably shouldn't have eaten. It was nice while it lasted. My rationalization is that I was just trying to expand my stomach so that my body could handle 5k calories a day once again. Is it bad when krispy Kreme hands you a punch card and tells you that you need it. Keep us posted on your gains. Good luck on the featured member contest. Although I don't believe that luck is needed. Hey, I too was nominated from a very admirable award this last month.

Finally a figure girl realizing its all about the booty!!!

Every figure & fitness girl i consult i always say "think rap videos" when you train glutes. Instead of legs i would call that day glutes to get you in that mind set. If your hitting your glutes hard with the correct excersises for your body the hams an quads will be there.
If glutes & shoulders are your priority (they should if your abs & upper/mid back are on point) why the training of "legs" once in a three day training cycle? from that perspective it looks upperbody is

OK, IG....I asked qt this same question....but what are your stats? Trying to get to know where everyone is. It makes more sense to me that way. :)

I'm 5'2" and weighed 118.5lbs yesterday. I was only 114.8 on Sat. I think the bad foods are finally catching up with me! ;)

Leg day. I'm still not sold. I don't think I'm ever going to love leg day. Ho hum.

Still fiddling with starting numbers. Give me some time and I'll get it down.

Legs--

Lying Leg Curls: TT: 90/23RP
~Walking DB Lunges: 20/40SS
~Stretch: 60 seconds

Smith Squats-close stance: TT: 135/20SS*
~Stretch: 90 seconds

Donkey Calf Raises: TT: 400/23RP
~Stretch: 60 seconds

*I could've gotten more reps for the squats, but I was shocked I got that many and stopped. How stupid of me. hehehe. Next time!

Really? I thought that was puny weight. Well, it all depends on the machine too tho'. I can do more weight on another machine, but this particular one doesn't put as much pressure on my lower back so I like it.

Wednesday, August 16th

Today is our normal rest day. Tomorrow we are resting as well. We got invited to a friends house for dinner and my son has registration for school and an ice cream social in the early evening. I'll say No to ice cream tho'!

Picked up Chipotle for dinner tonight. Man those things are high in everything! lol!

My nutrition sucked today. Did some back-to-school shopping (almonds) and then when I got home, I had little time at home (1/2 bb bagel), before we had to make our way to church.

Thursday, August 17th

Didn't go to the gym today. Did some last minute back-to-school for the kiddos. I tell you! My daugther is 12-years old and its like she changed overnight! She is picky about the clothes that she wears. She doesn't like the girly, girl stuff anymore! She still loves wearing pink, but her style has changed. My son on the other hand. 7 years old. Is totally laid back (i guess I have to enjoy that for now! ;) )

Also went out to a friends home for dinner. As I thought...no bb'ing food. lol! Other than dinner at their house, foods were all clean.
