I guess it's time that I buckle down and start getting back to the nitty gritty. I had close to 5 weeks of not being concern about what I was eating, what times I was eating and all that stuff! I just had fun. It's time to get serious!
I roughly have about 36 weeks of bulking and 12 weeks of contest prep to the USA's.
My goal is to add on quality muscle, but try to keep my bodyfat at a reasonable number. What is reasonable? I dunno. If I have to buy bigger clothes than what is in my "fat" box, then I have gone too far! hehehe!
My main concern is really concentrating on adding more roundness and fullness to my delts and glutes. I want some cannonball delts and a ghetto bootay (lol!)!!! And then just adding overall quality muscle to everything else. I also need to prioritize abs and calf work. I always tend to neglect these two!
Cam and I will be hitting DC training again. We were going to start this next week, but we started today instead. Didn't go as heavy and just kind of feeling numbers again. Hopefully in the next week or so, we'll be back into the groove! I can't wait! Our split will be as followed:
Chest/Shoulder/Triceps
Legs
Back/Bi's
And alternate abs and calves every other workout.
Nutrition will be alot of clean foods throughout the week, with Sunday having 1 cheat meal only. I'll start off slow and add in more calories each week and go from there. My last bulk was pretty successful and I hope to achieve the same results as that time, but as I mentioned earlier trying to keep my bodyfat a little lower this time around.
