My girl actually requested i cook this again so i figure its good..
Marinate one package Pork Tenderloin in a zip lock bag in refrigerator:
1/3 cup light soy sauce
1/3 cup dijon mustard
1/3 cup honey
Get a sautte pan or cast iron pan with about 2 Tbsp olive oil really hot.. I keep my gas stove on Hi.. Carefully place marinated pork in pan (watch out for oil!) Sear on each side 2 to 3 minutes..
Turn gas down to low/med heat.. Pour in a little more than 1/3 cup red whine.. I used sutter home cabernet.. Then pour in marinade from zip lock bag.. Cover and let pork cook another 15 to 20 minutes, turning half way thru..
