Edema In Ankles???

Hey Guys! A buddy and I are taking 2iu (Mon-Fri). Been on for 4 weeks now. I am sleeping better and see a slight bf lose already. My buddy is having some edema in his ankles. Is this a short term side effect and is it dangerous? What cuz it? Thanks!

Try lowering your dose, And build it up slowly! Water retension is a side of gh some get it worse then others. I didnt start retaining till I moved past 6iu ed. I backed it down to 4 and a half. and worked back up slow. Been on 5 months now Iam up to 7iu ed. With no problems. Slow is KEY!!!! Hope this helps ya brother.

X2 what dugout said. Have him taper down for a few weeks and then slowly back up. If the edema returns or fails to ever leave, he'll have to decide if he can deal with it or not.
