-110 grams of oatmel
-10 gr olive oil
-70 gr whey protein
- vitamins, minerals, etc...

10:00

-260 gr meat or fish
-70 gr rice or pasta
-vegetables

13:00

-same as above

16:00

-same as above

Post workout: (ca 18:00)

-70 gr whey protein
-50 gr fast carbs
-10 gr olive oil

19:00

-Same as meal two

22:00

-260 gr fish or meat
-0-50 gr complexe carbs
-vegetables


-If I stay awake late, I eat one more mel with just proteins.
-I use glutamine 4 times a day.


This is an ordinary day of eating for me
Don`t think I forgot anything now...... Hmmm...
