I'll assume you workout pretty frequently and regularly. May I ask if you have recently had anyone sort of an injury/muscle pull/anything like that? That would spike your numbers. Also if you got testing in the afternoon and had worked out in the morning your number might be up slightly too. Frankly, even pinning the same muscle repeated and building scar tissue with spike it too. Do you have the exact values of the test. Elevated is a bit ambiguous. 20% over normal is much different than 90%
