I will be in the Masters over 40. Weighing 252 right now, down from 285. 1st show in 16 years! Will be doing the Empire Classic the following weekend in Spokane.

I'll be by checking out the competition and I'll probably hit up the Empire Classic the following week also. I am eyeing to compete in both shows next year.

Right now I'm transportation challenged - down to one vehicle.

I'm working on getting a ride up there with flexmaster.

Looks like lots of members will be there - both competing and watching. I'd guess that Wylde, knucklehed (and wife), Jethro (& woman), flexfactor, jonnyO, will be there.

i plan on going, i met some guys that are competeing at a posing seminare and want to see how they do, warren branch brought big moe to the sem. and this guy is a monster(looks like the hulk) should be a great show

Wow my man, if you bodyfat is competitive below 5% and natural....that is very impressive! should look pretty thick considering your height, good luck!

-For anyone who has attended in the past, were the junior mens class impressive at all? Did a few have potential and stand out? I saw last years winner, looked pretty massful, perhaps not great conditioning though. Is it true that only the top 5 will perform night routines? I hear there are always at least 10-15 competitiors in each division, that would be an upset if family and friends came to watch you and you placed out of top 5.

All lineup at night show - only top 5 do routines prior to announcing placings.

So who knows, I am sure that person will thank him in his speech after he wins the overall.

I am sure we will be able to tell who that person is just by their condition???

Hey FutureFreak thanks my brother I am looking forward to my first show. Hell I am just looking forward to meeting Ronnie Coleman in person...lol. I have been practising the hell out of my posing. I missed the posing seminar that Dave Patterson puts on twice a year in Tacoma. I will go to the next one for the Ironman though.

The junior mens class is pretty good, but of course conditioning is normally the downfall there. I beleive that a superior conditioned athlete with the right touch of mass and symmetry will beat a monster everytime.

I would definitely like to meet guys from this forum as I have observed this is a very knowledgeable and not too mention "in shape" forum group. You guys dont spit out advice and not have a physique to back it up, I have seen some of the member pics and other boards are a joke compared to you guys. I'm proud of this board and hope to see you fellas at the E-Cup. Hopefully I'll bring a nice physique for my second time at preparing for a show. I just better try not to fix what isnt broken being the experimental over-thinker I am.

Emerald Cup

Getting jacked for this show; 2 weeks and 2 wake-ups.
Still wanting to hear who Phil's sure thing is. I have no hopes of winning anything here, but I am interested in who the favorites are.
