For competitors that fall asleep say seven pm and awake at three pm, does it cause you to not be your best due to lack of sleep, when normally asleep?
do you just suck it up, and go to prejudging meeting at seven am , earlier if you e got to get a coat of tanner , or do you take sleeping pills to sleep, and of course stimulates to wake up, when you must be there to compete?
