I'm 28, I'm all paranoid, I don't really understand all this. I'm accepting of what I've done with AAS, I just want to understand it. I'd rather do TRT myself until I'm ready to have kids and I'd like to keep competing and I don't want to juggle physician blood work with cycles if that makes sense.

Total test: 131
Estrogen: 21
Prolactin: 6
LH: under 0.7
FSH: under 0.2

My repeat tests done first thing upon waking we're total test 112 with a free test of 2.1.

What does the free test mean? If this something I can self treat with TRT or does this indicate something more? Just curious? As I don't understand it but I want to learn and understand it better.

Depending on how aggressive he is, youf total T should be between 500 - 1000.

So he's worried only about free and not total?! Of course your free is down, your total is barely registering.

How are you feeling with levels that low?

"Most of the testosterone in your blood attaches to two proteins: albumin and sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG). Some testosterone is not attached to proteins, or free. Free testosterone and albumin-bound testosterone are also referred to as bioavailable testosterone. This is the testosterone that is easily used by your body."

It's basically the number that is important for everything. Building muscle, etc.. Your total number can be high and you can still have low Free test because it is all binding. Obviously in your case your free test is low because your total test is almost non existent.

No, we already knew my total was low based on my blood work from pcp. My endo wanted a repeat total and a free that my pcp didn't order the first time. He's obviously concerned of both.

What would cause someone with high total T, TRT reflecting 1,000 ish to have a low reading of free T?

not trying to be a jerk but you have done cycles before with no knowledge of what Free Test is? Bro, I would highly suggest following your DOCTOR and not trying to self med, then go read as much as you can about this topic
