Any one who is either a beginner or novice looking for a little extra guidance, i picked up the 2010 Muscle & Fitness "Ultimate Supplement Handbook"
it has fantastic articles about supplement stacks for pre/postworkout and a ton of shit that i found very very helpful. it also has gain 10/lose 10 lbs diet plans. I read through it and thought it was great...plus theres a number in here to get a free catalog of unbiased athlete reviews of the best supplements, protein and fat burners from ProSource...check it out
