fat distribution changes with time/age?

very curious on this, 6-8 years ago my legs never came in while dieting, but upper body and lower back came in first.
now i swear its opposite. relatively same size wise. Within 10-14lbs I think
also, my vascularity is way more now than it used to be. could that be to thinner skin/ leaner? Less hormones also. i find this interesting, so wondering thoughts.
not complaining, since my legs have always been an issue, hold fat like a woman.
Unsure if my waist grew over past few years with bulk, making me think my bf distribution is different.
Here's example.

Oh yeah, if anyone has some good advice on training or what needs work, I'm all ears too.

I notice a lot more vascularity in my legs now than a few years ago, I guess that's what they call muscle maturity.

Could it be that now you are more disciplined with the diet? I don't know, the body is a strange subject, when we think we understand and control it, something new appears and changes our knowledge

Maybe you're right woth the maturity.
I was 22 if I remember right on the left, 29 on right. And my legs are much better. As for diet, I feel like both were/ are spot on. Just seems my waist has changed and lower back fat distribution which usually went first is still somewhat lingering.
Maybe I just got too fat in offseason, changing body deposits, or years of bloating due to gi distress/ colitis. But man, it is an interesting topic to me.
I've heard people say things like dialing in glutes can be really hard first time, but after that, tends to be easier. Making me assume body utilizes fat stores better and differently over time.
