Hey guys, I have everything dialed in, training, diet, gear etc. My last decision is this:
GH: 4IU a day during the cycle (12 weeks for fat loss) or IGF-1 80mcg Daily with my carb meals (40mcg with breakfast & 40mcg Post workout.)
