Fat Loss GH VS IGF-1

Hey guys, I have everything dialed in, training, diet, gear etc. My last decision is this:
GH: 4IU a day during the cycle (12 weeks for fat loss) or IGF-1 80mcg Daily with my carb meals (40mcg with breakfast & 40mcg Post workout.)

You do realize that EOD of hGH is more beneficial vs ED use, especially when you come off, right?
 
Yes, I may stay on for six months or so (GH) So I really just want to here what people think works best for body recomp & fat loss-who have used both...

not being argumentative but where do you get your information from or why do you make that claim?
 
80mcg is way to high of a dose of IGF1. All you need is 40mcg to start. Pin it 20mcg bi-laterally. Plus, you do not take IGF1 with all your carb meals. You take it immediatley after your training. OR you can take 40mcg divided into 4X10mcg. ALSO, make sure you only use IGF1 on training days. No more than 3 days a week.

For pure fatloss he can do twice a day. While it is far from ideal for bang/buck muscle growth, it will cut him up good.
 
JW brings up an interesting question. Can anyone answer what would be best for fat loss; GH or IGF-1 for his upcoming cycle ?
