Trying to see how I want to run my growth. I can afford 50iu a week basically, so either 10iu 5 days a week on workout days, or blast it with 16IU 3X per week. Using igf and slin regardless.
I am looking for mass gains, but need to stay lean and have it help burn fat for damn pop up, suprise photoshoots im told about last minute by my sponsor.
Would the 3X per week blast method work for fat loss as well? Anyone who ran it have any input?
